    Vote & ApproveMembers have the power to vote and decide on approving claims based on the credibility of the case. Members can also vote to initiate further investigations

    Receive Community Support
    Receive Community SupportTotal approved claim payout + contributions (administration and direct) equally from all Members and auto-deducted from Members digital wallets all via smart contract
What do Members need to know before submitting a claim for the Simple Critical Illness Program?

Members can file a claim three (3) months after joining the Simple Critical Illness Program

Members can make up to three claims for three different conditions

Each condition is considered a singular ailment for a claim

Members need to provide necessary documentation as required by the Program, including, but not limited to, diagnosis and test results, prepared by the Member's doctor
Risks and Limitations
  1. Not Insurance & No Tax DeductionsRURI MAP is not an insurance product, does not qualify for tax deductions, and is not regulated under Sri Lanka’s Insurance Act.
  2. Limited PayoutsIf the total contributions are insufficient, payouts may be reduced.
  3. Risk of Increased ContributionsClaims may exceed initial projections, requiring higher contributions from members.
  4. Non-Refundable ContributionsMembers can leave RURI MAP at any time, but contributions made to the pool are non-refundable.
  5. Pilot Program UncertaintySince RURI MAP is a 1-year pilot experiment, the platform may be discontinued if the pilot is unsuccessful.
